About Chris


‘I was born in Wythenshawe hospital in 1990, at 18 I was the youngest ever candidate selected as a PPC by UKIP, which now makes me one of the youngest candidates standing in the General Election at the age of 19.

I was educated at a local primary and secondary school, St Wilfred’s primary and Sale High School. Whilst at High school I was selected to be head boy. I then studied Politics, History, Computing and Sociology at Xaverian College, Manchester.

I first took an interest in politics when I was fifteen, and have been active in UKIP for over three years helping fight in various elections from the European Election to local by-elections. I am the Election co-ordinator for Young Independence, UKIP’s youth wing. I am also the constituency branch chairman.

I am currently employed by UKIP’s North West MEP as an office assistant. My previous employment includes working as a Manager at McDonalds restaurant for two years.

Within my time at secondary school I was also involved in voluntary work when I helped to run a computer centre for the local community. I also attended a visit to Pakistan as part of a competition run by the Akhter Education Trust.

My hobbies include reading, watching films and listening to various musical genres.’
